Evan's Christmas at the Grandparents.

I copied some of the pictures from our Christmas at our parents' houses. We went to my parent's on Christmas Eve to decorate cookies. I think Evan had more sugar in this night than ever before. He had fun though! We went back to open presents the next morning, but we forgot to take pictures.

Here was the best shot of the whole family, but David and Evan are kind of hidden in the back.

Goofing around with Evan.

Our little family+ Ainsley on the way.

Evan decorating cookies. He would put a big dab of icing on the cookie, lick it off, and then put another.

Usually, we put all the decorated cookies together, but Evan would start eating them as soon as he was done.

The next set of pictures are from Freddie's parents. Evan had lots of fun opening gifts and playing with his cousin Baylee.

Another family picture.

Evan and Baylee.

Opening all his gifts.

Practicing in the dark and in front of the mirror with his light saber.

The Hunt Family. Freddie and I did not realize we were going to take pictures, so we do not look so presentable.

Evan and Baylee playing with their new games. When one started playing with it, the other had to find their's and play too.

There is still one more set of pictures with Evan opening gifts I have to get. He is one spoiled little boy! Watch out Ainsley!

Christmas Round Two!

Evan had a very busy Christmas!
We made cookies for Santa and opened a Christmas Eve gift.
We got up really early to see what Santa brought and ate pancakes.
Then we went to visit LOTS of family for a few days.

Evan helping get cookies ready for Santa!

Opening a gift on Christmas Eve. The more exciting part was throwing the wrapping paper back and forth with daddy.

Look at what Santa brought! Evan was very excited about the race tracks!

Believe it or not, he showed a lot of enthusiasm for the cup with his name.

And the blue sword he has been waiting months to get! This was one of his favorite gifts.

Playing with an art set he got from Freddie's parents.

These pictures do not begin to describe all the stuff that Evan did or gifts he got over the Christmas weekend.
I am waiting for pictures of rounds 3-5!

Evan's 1st round of Christmas gifts...

Evan had his first round of Christmas with my mom and my brothers today. They came in for lunch and gift-opening. I had a few of my mom's presents to Evan under the tree the past few days and he has been going crazy wanting to open them. This first picture is one of the gifts she gave to me. She took one of Evan's new Christmas pictures and had this drawing done.

You can see the real photo in one of the previous posts.

Evan and all the movies he is so excited about.

Some new books.

Running to finally see his big present set up.

Wondering where all the stuff to draw with is.

He got some new chalk and markers. The easel has a chalkboard on one side and a white board on the other with a roll of paper to use as well.

Once he started, he would not stop!

He went crazy with the markers!!! I now remember why we never had markers to begin with. We might only let those out on special occasions. All of the markers have stamps on one end of them as well.

All in all, Evan was very excited!

Round two- Santa comes!

Evan is going to be a big brother to a baby sister! Here are ultrasound pictures from 20 weeks. We are still undecided on a name, but have it narrowed down to two.

Lots of Pics to Update!

So, it has been a little while since I have updated pictures of what Evan has been doing. They are shown most recent to less recent. Last night, we took Evan to the lighting of Rudolph at the mall. He got to eat a cookie and see Santa and Rudolph as they lite him up. He seemed to have fun. I finally posted a couple of pictures from trick or treating with his friend Kaden. They were so cute! And finally, a couple of pictures of Evan helping Freddie make some brownies. He had fun being a helper and getting to lick the spoon at the end.

Evan and Mommy Time.

Freddie has been gone this week working out of town, so Evan and I had some fun doing different things each day.
Today, I walked outside where Evan was playing and Dozier walked up to me with Evan's toy sword sticking through his collar. Evan is very creative.
Then I spent some time watching Evan practice playing basketball and trying to give him some pointers on shooting the ball.
The first two pictures were from this past weekend after our shopping trip to Old Navy.

This first picture is Evan in his costume for Halloween.

This next picture is Evan running around in circles through the living room and kitchen testing out his new shoes. He says they make him faster.

Evan playing outside with Dozier. Evan is wearing his new Star Wars shirt that he picked out the other day- he loves it!

Dozier with sword in his collar.
