The Farm.

I took Evan on a trip to my Daddy Wilmer's farm. I was so excited Evan was going to get to see a tractor and the animals. One of his new words has been tractor. Daddy Wilmer took us on a ride on his "Mule" and drove by the cows and horses. There was also a donkey with the cows- pretty random. Donkey is another new word of Evan's thanks to Shrek once again. Evan had so much fun he did not ever want to come inside.

Evan kept pretending to drive and would keep asking everyone to come sit with him. It was so cute.

I pushed Evan to over to see the tractor and he did not want to get out of his stroller, so I set him in front and had him wave.

Father's Day Weekend.

Evan definitely had a fun weekend. I don't think I have ever seen him so wild and active. Evan got to play with one of his cousins that he has never met. And he played chase with his little cousin Baylee. This weekend involved lots of family, swimming, and playing.

Shrek! And Fun in the Rain!

Evan got some more movies from his Aunt Courtney. He was so excited to get the other Shrek movies. We have to limit his tv time cause all he wants to do is watch Shrek! Evan has some new words: rain, towel, and stroller. I took him out to the park in his stroller and then later it started to rain. I let him go by our front door and play in it. He had a lot of fun! Unfortunately, I did not get pictures of him out there.

He finally got to watch Shrek after having to wait all day. And he has to carry the cases with him everywhere.

New Blog.

So we know a few people that do blogs on their family or children for family and friends. Freddie thought it would be good to start one on Evan since we don't get to see everyone that much. Let's see how well we keep it up. Since im home for the summer, I should get to it pretty often.

Evan has gotten so incredibly big. He does so many things on his own now. One of his new things is watching Shrek movies. He is constantly wanting to watch it, but then quickly loses interest. Evan says so many words now. Some of his new words include waffle, ta da, bike, elmo, and school. Now, he doesnt say them all with perfection quite yet.
